Because there is no is not one size fits all. Rather, this week, we will explore different forms of meditation, including guided meditation, mindfulness, and body scans. You will find the techniques that best fit your personality and goals. Week 3: Personal Feedback and Group Energy Meditating in a group often provides shared energy that makes an experience more powerful and enjoyable. You will receive personal feedback, making adjustments needed during your practice. Week 4: Making the Habit Sustainable The final class aims to help you climaxes in building build a durable sustainable meditation habit that one can you will carry into your daily life. We'll discuss practical advice on how one will fit meditation into their busy schedule and how to sustain this practice after the end of the course. Besides guided meditations, you'll learn mantras and mudras (hand gestures), which deepen your experience and open up your energy flow.
