Mantra, Mudra & Meditation

4-weeks to practice and explore
 Meditation course - 2 hour weekly sessions. Beginning Wednesday, February 1, 8, 15 & 22.

If your answer was "YES" to any of the above questions, you should seriously consider meditation to be the next empowerment skill you learn.
This 4-week meditation course is all about de-mystifying the concept and practices of meditation. You will learn how to use these powerful ancient practices in your daily life and you will start to experience how a regular practice positively begins to impact your life - already after just one week of practice!

We know that it can be difficult to devote the time and energy to a daily meditation practice and maybe you have tried meditating by following an online guide or a meditation App, but became discouraged by the mental noise or by the complaints from your physical body trying to maintain a specific meditation posture. Maybe you very well know about the benefits of meditation and would really like to experience it for yourself - but you have no idea of where to begin. 
All these challenges can be discouraging - therefore participating in a group session like this can be really beneficial.You'll be amazed of how supported you feel by the group energy.

Mantra and Mudra are powerful practices for the deeper layers of our being (aka energy body) and they have been very supportive in my own inner journey. Every week I'll share one mantra and one mudra that you'll be invited to practice and experience.

Through four Thursday evening sessions you’ll learn to create and maintain a steady meditation practice. We’ll work with different basic meditation techniques that give you an opportunity to explore which technique is best for you. Homework will be required.

​Every session has time for questions, discussions and sharing of experiences.

Dates and timings: February 1st, 2023 at 19 - 21, and following 3 Wednesdays.

Homework is expected between session and support from Hrönn pr. e-mail or phone is available throughout the course. The course will either be taught in English or Danish, depending on needs.
