This 4 week meditation course is all about de-mystifying the concept and practices of meditation. You will learn how to use these powerful ancient practices in your daily modern life and you will start to experience how a regular practice positively beings to impact your life - already after just one week of practice!
We know that it can be difficult to devote the time and energy to a daily meditation practice and maybe you have tried meditating by following an online guide or a meditation App, but became discouraged by the mental noise or by the complaints from your physical body trying to maintain a specific meditation posture. Maybe you very well know about the benefits of meditation and would really like to experience it for yourself - but you have no idea of where to begin.
All these challenges can be discouraging - therefore you should participate in a group session like this course. You'll be amazed of how supported you feel by the group energy.
Through four Thursday evening sessions you’ll learn to create and maintain a steady meditation practice. We’ll work with different basic meditation techniques that give you an opportunity to explore which technique is best for you. Homework will be required.
Every session has time for questions, discussions and sharing of experiences.

We meet once pr. week on Mondays for 2 hours. Homework is expected between session and support from Hrönn pr. e-mail or phone is available throughout the course.

On the 15th if January 2018, I started on a four week meditation course with the wonderful Hrönn. Many weeks have now passed, and every single day I’ve sat down in front of my alter, my sacred space, lighting the candle, playing my singing bowl, offering blessings and gratitude and inviting my awareness into my heart space.
Through Hrönns teachings on different techniques and lovingly guided meditations, I’ve come to know inner peace and unconditional love. I learned how to practice patience and loving kindness towards all living beings everywhere - including myself.
Hrönn has taught me how to incorporate a daily meditation practice in to my everyday life, and I have, and still am, experiencing the profound values and qualities of having such a practice. She also taught me the value of devoting time to sit still and just be. She has taught me how to let emotions into my heart and how to let them flow through me and how to let go of all the stories that our minds create about why we feel the way we feel.
