Rasa Yoga Teacher Training in Copenhagen
w. Jacqueline & Hrönn - 200 Hours Yoga Alliance Certified
March - October 2020
Founded by Sianna Sherman, Rasa Yoga weaves together asana, mantra, mudra, pranayama, meditation and chanting. Furthermore, Rasa Yoga is infused with wisdom of tantrik philosophy, shadow work, ritual, and a deep reverence for nature. It honours the tradition and lineage of yoga, while awakening your authentic creativity as a yoga teacher in the modern world.
This training will encourage you to unleash your own creative expression and true voice in your teaching.
Students will be invited to explore, engage and participate within the supportive and nurturing space of the group. We will help each other, support each other and grow strong in our community.
This training seeks to nurture the seeker within, so you become a vessel of the teachings of yoga with embodied authenticity.
