Yoga Practice
Practising yoga with Hrönn is intense (in a good way), lots of fun and insightful as she always works with themes in her teaching. These themes are living stories from her own life, nuggets from Tantrik philosophy or other wisdom texts that invite you to go deep into your practice and cultivate qualities of the Heart that support your connection to Self and your growth as a human being.

Retreats
The magic of taking time to dive deep into your yoga practice for several days in a row, resting as you need, being in nature and bathing in geothermal hot baths is an experience you will never forget. Several sight-seeing tours are included in the Iceland retreats and the only thing you have to take care of is your flight ticket to the island in the North Atlantic ocean and hop on the bus from Keflavik Airport to Reykjavik. The rest is on us.

The Roll Model Method is a soft-tissue conditioning, self-care fitness format that uses the various Roll Model® Therapy Balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage). This may include breath work, CheckIn and ReCheck, elements of alignment, anatomy instruction and mental awareness (such as conscious relaxation).
This work is really powerful to relieve pain and tension anywhere in the body. As a Certified Roll Model® Method Practitioner, I offer one-on-one sessions to target specific personal issues, also regular group classes (check out my Reset: Roll & Restorative 8-week class series) and workshops. |
Foundation Training is a simple solution that gives you the means to change the way you move and correct the imbalances caused by our modern habits.
Through a series of body-weight exercises, Foundation Training activates your posterior muscle chains, anchors the hips, decompresses the spine, and teaches you to take the burden of supporting the body out of your joints and put it where it belongs; in your muscles. No matter your age or your fitness level, Foundation Training puts you on the path to wellness. Hrönn is a certified Foundation Training Instructor and she has gained much from this system for her own back health. |
