My qualifications

I've studied the human body through many different aspects and it continues to be a constant source for diving deeper and learning more.  Here are a few of my educations, ongoing objects of study and experiences:

- BSc in Nursing
- Certified Yoga Teacher (< 10000 hours of experience)
- Certified Foundation Training Instructor
- Certified Roll Model® Method Practitioner
- Lifelong student of functional anatomy, biomechanics, fascia, breath physiology and function (I teach the anatomy portion in the Rasa Yoga 200hr Teacher Training)
- My own debilitating low back pain (the best but the most painful teacher)
- Successfully worked with multiple clients with varied sources of pain (e.g. low back, neck, shoulders, knee and ankle)


Yoga asana, breathwork and meditation can help a lot when working with pain but I also use Foundation Training and the Roll Model Method  to give you the best possible outcome.

Foundation Training is a simple solution that gives you the means to change the way you move and correct the imbalances caused by our modern habits.

Through a series of body-weight exercises, Foundation Training activates your posterior muscle chains, anchors the hips, decompresses the spine, and teaches you to take the burden of supporting the body out of your joints and put it where it belongs; in your muscles. 


No matter your age or your fitness level, Foundation Training puts you on the path to wellness.

 The Roll Model Method is a soft-tissue conditioning, self-care fitness format that uses the various Roll Model® Therapy Balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage). This may include breath work, CheckIn and ReCheck, elements of alignment, anatomy instructions and mental awareness (such as conscious relaxation).

This work is really powerful to relieve pain and tension anywhere in the body.

As a
Certified Roll Model® Method Practitioner, I  offer one-on-one sessions to target specific personal issues, also regular group classes. Check out my Reset: Roll & Restorative 8-week class series, Roll Model Method weekly class and workshops.
