Class Series
Our 8-week class series is the optimal way to stay consistent with you practice. You sign up for 8 classes, each 90 or 75 minutes, that run on the same weekday and time every week for 8 weeks. You'll practice with the same group of people and thereby become a part of a community of practitioners that share experiences and learn together. Yet another advantage is that your practice will evolve since the classes will focus on building specific awarenesses and alignment skills throughout the 8 weeks.
If you can't join your own class series weekly class, you can cancel the participation and use your punch for any other class on the schedule (as long as there is space). The only requirement is that all cancelled class punches need to be used by the end of the actual class series.
Please note that even if a class series is fully booked here - there still may be available spaces on a particular day if someone is not able to join their booked class series. Check out our full schedule to see available spaces.
