The Yoga4Courage mentorship program with Hrönn is available for all levels of teachers. It's designed to help you connect to the inner courage needed to stay authentic and real in your teaching. Hrönn has been a full time yoga teacher since 2014 and taking that final step from juggling 3 jobs to focusing on teaching is the best decision she ever made. It was not easy but her business has been thriving ever since so she wants to share her experience so you can make your transition (if that's what you long for) in a smoother and more sustainable way.

Her intention is to offer a mentorship program that uplifts and accommodates every teacher, based on the persons specific needs and bringing you to the next level in your development.  Especially, mentoring is essential for new teachers who are finding their way in the yoga world and longing to make a living of teaching yoga.

Possible topics of refinement 

Through private mentoring you have the opportunity to refine your teaching skills and discover your own unique offering. The mentorship is designed to meet your unique needs and desires while providing structure, accountability, clear reflection and feedback to help you become the fully integrated and the powerful teacher you were born to be!

Here are some topics that may be covered in your mentorship with Hrönn (but are not limited to):

• Crafting your personal and professional Sankalpa
• Creative sequencing maps for transformational classes
• Review of essential key biomechanics and anatomy
• Addressing therapeutic yoga concerns
• Learn to skilfully weave themes into your yoga classes
• How to use “street language” that connects to the hearts of your students
• Design a personal Sadhana and dinacharya (daily rhythm)
• Verbal cueing and voice refinement, including mantra and chanting
• The art of adjustments and effective demonstrations
• The art of holding and creating sacred space
• Review and study of key philosophical texts within the yoga tradition (primarily Tantrik texts)
• Receive guidance and feedback on all aspects of your teaching, including your professional bio- and promotional materials 

Investment

Single consultation - 1300 DKK for 90min
3 months - 2150 DKK/month
6 months - 1950 DKK/month

What's included?

 MONTHLY HOURS 
A minimum of 3 hours each month with Hrönn
- 2 contact hours face to face (if possible) otherwise via FaceTime/phone 
- 1 non-contact hour (i.e. email correspondence, feedback on questions or topics we've worked with)

TEACHING FEEDBACK
Observation of your teaching in class or via video including oral or written feedback.

Each 3 month program includes 1 teaching feedback (in class or via video)
Each 6 month program includes 2 x teaching feedback (in class or via video)
