Here at Yoga4Courage we are the only yoga school in Denmark and the mainland of Europe to offer 200 hour Rasa Yoga Teacher Trainings. Read all about the Rasa Yoga teacher training here. Our 50 hour enhancement courses invite you to dive deep into a particular topic of teaching that help you to enhance you teaching skills. At Yoga4Courage we aim to teach solid techniques that give you a strong foundation to deliver good teaching and offer courses that strengthen your authentic voice as a teacher. We only make space for 10 students pr. training which gives focused attention to each participant and lots of possibility for personal feedback. We also design teacher trainings on demand - so if you're a studio owner and have group of teachers that you would like to treat with a training or they have a specific topic they would like to learn about, please contact us and we're happy to design a training for your group.
